This weekend I packed up my camera and heading downtown to Arlington National Cemetery, thanks to Marc Benton who arranged a photowalk there for Saturday morning. In all my years of living in the DC area (almost 20), I don’t think I’d ever been to the cemetery, or at least was old enough to remember it. It was a moving experience to walk around the grounds and look at all the men and women who rest there.  

One of my favorite hobbies is baking and I enjoy baking up a batch of chocolate cupcakes this weekend, complete with chocolate swirl and rainbow confetti sprinkles!

Hope you guys didn’t miss me too much! Radio silence is over now and I hope you enjoy this little guy I found the other day.
